How Long will shipping take?

3-7 days depending on location and type/size of the order. Thank you for your patience as we make sure everything is perfect with your infusion hoodie.

How Do I return or exchange a hoodie?

Returns:

    To return your hoodie email infusionhero@gmail.com and list the following:

1. order Number

2. Name of Customer

3. Reason for Return

We will send a return address label. Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage. Send us your receipt and we will refund you for your expenses.

Exchanges:

    To exchange your hoodie email infusionhero@gmail.com and list the following:

1. Order number

2. Name of customer

3. Size being sent back to infusion hero

4. new size being requested

We will send a return address label. Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary Postage. Send us your receipt and we will refund you for shipping expenses. We will send the new hoodie within 5-7 days of receiving the original hoodie.
